EXIF is a common metadata format used by cameras and phones. It can include camera make and model, software, capture timestamps, lens settings and GPS coordinates. The EXIF remover works directly with supported image containers and removes EXIF blocks without rendering the photo through a canvas, so the encoded picture data remains unchanged.
